Meet The Armstrong Craven Team

Olivia is Regional Director for our EMEA region, based in our Geneva office. She joined Armstrong Craven in 2010. She manages a team of Pan-European specialized Client Partners across Lifesciences, Financial Services, Technology, Consumer and Industrial sectors. Olivia sits on the operational Board at AC and joined the Global AC leadership team in 2017.

Olivia has over 15 years of experience in supporting clients with innovative and high add value talent solutions and consulting. Prior to joining the talent world, Olivia worked in the lifesciences sector in marketing for a Swiss based medical devices business. She has a Joint Hons European BA in pharmaceutical marketing and international business management, is French national and fluent in English.

Helen is Regional President, Asia Pacific for Armstrong Craven based at our Singapore office. She joined the company in 2015 and held the position of Global Senior Client Partner across the Consumer and Industrial sectors before being promoted to her current role, working across all industry sectors, in 2018.

She has over 16 years of experience in executive search, recruitment and talent consultancy and prior to joining Armstrong Craven held a senior in-house talent acquisition role within GroupM, the world’s leading media investment company (part of the WPP Group Plc).

A sixteen-year experienced leader in Talent Acquisition outsourcing, Heather knows the challenges businesses face attracting top talent in a demanding and ever-evolving market.

Heather has held operational and commercial roles, including overseeing Business Performance Analytics teams, Solution Design, and Solutions Integration. Her understanding and knowledge of the Tech industry, and specifically recruitment technology enables Heather to consult senior HR leaders of both local and global organisations.

Catherine is passionate about the work she does with clients in support of their DE&I agenda, having worked to overcome prejudices in her career, particularly when becoming a mother in 2009. This has fuelled her drive and ambition and is part of the reason she is delighted to become the Commercial Director, supporting the UK sales team at Armstrong Craven.

Catherine joined Armstrong Craven in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition space, focusing predominantly within the Industrial and Consumer sector. Catherine is BSc Hons in Economics and Business Economics.

She has responsible for identifying and growing our Global Industrial client base, developing a number of key accounts across US, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. Over the last 5 years Catherine has worked with clients to create solutions that help solve talent challenges whilst enabling clients to achieve their strategic goals. 

Lara manages an experienced team who specialise in the delivery of diverse projects, focussed on global executive search, talent planning and insight projects across functions with a focus on pharma, biotech, medical technology, devices and diagnostics.

Prior to Armstrong Craven, Lara gained over 15 years’ experience of managing operations in an RPO environment for numerous organisations in multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals. Lara has developed large teams and successfully led multiple projects globally.

Lara graduated from the University of Manchester in History.

Rory oversees a diverse team of experts as well as our international delivery functions, delivering our entire suite of product lines to a wide range of organisations. Advising clients globally, this broad client base includes industries such as defence, aerospace and nuclear through to food & beverage, consumer electronics and retail. 

Prior to joining Armstrong Craven in 2017, Rory has worked in a number of different environments including boutique consultancies, tech start-ups, world-leading aerospace and automotive manufacturers and one of the world’s largest banks. With over 15 years’ experience, Rory brings broad experience in leading international teams to deliver world-class service globally.

Personally, Rory studied a BMus at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland as an orchestral trumpet player and has a huge interest in multiple genres of music.

Elizabeth is an experienced talent and competitor intelligence professional, leading Armstrong Craven's Insight & Talent Analytics practice to deliver bespoke talent insight projects to global, blue-chip clients.

The Insight & Talent Analytics team delivers talent pool sizing, skills gap analysis, offshoring location insight, salary benchmarking, employer branding, attraction and diversity projects, working globally across industry sectors.

An Oxford graduate and a specialist in online research and data visualisation, she joined Armstrong Craven's Knowledge & Information Services team in 2016 following several years working in technology and corporate finance research.

Ian leads a large global team partnering with some of the most well-known names in Technology, Industrial and Healthcare to provide outsourced talent scouting programmes. Ian specialises in leading Agile teams in complex environments with a goal of overachieving on the client's expectation, he is experienced at incorporating his team into the fabric of the client’s business for maximum success. Prior to Armstrong Craven, he worked in global executive search and talent pipelining both externally and in-house. Ian holds a BA (Hons) degree in Organisation Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
