Rachel was part of Armstrong Craven’s MBO in 2013 and has held Board roles since then. As CEO she is responsible for driving the strategy of the business, whilst continuing to unlock global growth through her work with key clients across sectors.

She joined Armstrong Craven in 1998 and previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Armstrong Craven’s Healthcare and Lifesciences practice.

Through her 25+-year career Rachel has in-depth experience of advising global organisations on all aspects of talent management and helps them achieve strategic objectives in this area. Rachel attained a Masters in Chemistry and French and brings valuable expertise in the lifesciences and industrial sectors and a particular focus on diversity and organisation design.
